Guests have a semi-private rear garden as only one other ground-floor apartment shares the area. A wall and frosted partition separates the patio from the neighbour's patio - it is private.
Though the apartment building is small enough to be intimate - a lobby / reception area is staffed to provide any assistance that may be needed.
Behind the pool table is a seating area with sofas and the restaurant area and a internet desk. The Reception area, Lobby and Restaurant are all open air with overhead fans to cool things down if needed.
Monthly Rates as low as B18,000 for long stays
